"Really solid dive fins"
I got my dive fins from Mikes Dive Store and they’ve been great so far. The quality just feels really solid, and they fit nicely too. No issues at all up to now.

I’m usually a bit wary of online shops that sound too slick or use loads of polished sales talk, but Mike’s Dive Store felt straightforward. The site was easy enough to get around, the order process made sense, and I got updates when I needed them. Nothing felt dodgy or overdone. I’d happily use them again for dive gear bits

"Easy return and quick refund"
I was a bit nervous about returning the wetsuit because returns can be such a hassle sometimes, but this was totally stress-free. No drama at all, and then I was relieved when the refund came through quickly. Ended up feeling really happy with the whole experience.

I ordered from mikesdivestore.com it showed up way faster than I thought it would. I was in a good mood when I saw the delivery arrive early, so that was a nice little boost to the day.

"Found what I needed, but not perfect"
I did find everything I needed easily, which was nice. That said, I still noticed a few little things that could’ve been smoother, so it wasn’t exactly a perfect experience. Overall it was fine, just not something I’d rave about.

I popped in it just had a really nice feel to it. I like that they’re clearly making an effort with the eco side of things, and it doesn’t come across as forced or just for show. You can kind of tell when a place is doing things because they genuinely care, and yeah, this shop gave me that vibe

I ordered a dive mask and a few small bits from Mikes Dive Store, i don’t really get what more you’d expect. The product pages were clear, the photos matched what arrived, and there were no weird surprises when I opened the box.
The sizing notes were genuinely useful too, which isn’t always the case with online gear. Delivery was perfectly fine, everything was packed properly, and yes, I’d use them again without overthinking it...

"Good service on my dive kit"
I had my regs and BCD serviced at Mikes Dive Store and everything came back working as it should. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain what needed doing, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I was expecting, and the delay felt avoidable, but it wasn’t a huge issue in the end. Pricing seemed fair enough too. I’d be happy to use them again for servicing.

"Really glad I did this dive course"
I did my dive course with Mike’s Dive Store and had a great experience. I was a bit nervous at the start, which I’m sure is normal, right? But the instructor was really calm and patient, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt safe, which is exactly what you’d want from a course like this. I’d definitely go back for another one.

"Simple click and collect, all good"
Ordered a few bits from Mikes Dive Store using click and collect and it was all straightforward. Got the email not long after, then when I popped in the staff had everything ready to go. None of that waiting around or trying to figure out what was happening. Just an easy process and the stuff was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely use them again

"Really solid help from people who actually dive"
I had a couple of questions about regulators and hose routing, and the answers I got were actually helpful, really helpful. It didn’t feel like some copy-paste reply at all. They knew the little details, the stuff that actually matters, and helped me choose the right parts for my setup. Ordering was easy too, easy and straightforward.

"Really well packed, thankfully no issues"
I was really glad to see my order from Mike's Dive Store turn up in such good shape. The box was sturdy and hadn’t been knocked around like some parcels I’ve had before.
Everything inside was wrapped up properly and stayed where it was supposed to. Nothing was damaged, nothing loose rolling around, which I definitely appreciated.
It might seem like a small thing, but good packing makes a big difference. I’m grateful they took the care with it, and I’d happily order from them again.

The payment page loaded without any drama, no odd errors or confusing steps, which I appreciated because I was half-rushing and didn’t have the patience to figure out a messy website.
I also liked that the full total, including delivery, was shown before I paid, so there wasn’t a random surprise at the end. The order confirmation came through straight away too, so all in all it was simple, smooth, and I’d happily use them again

"I had a minor problem with my..."
I had a minor problem with my dive computer while it was still under warranty, so I got in touch with Mike’s Dive Store. They replied quickly, explained exactly what they needed from me, and handled the whole thing without making it complicated. It did take a little while because it had to go through the supplier, but they kept me in the loop, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d be happy to use them again.
